The corrective services provide our customers with the required corrective action to solve their emergency problems.
These services are utilizing the tools and spares to clear the fault and put the system into operation in the shortest way.
The corrective services are applied to the following equipment: –
- Medium Voltage Switchgear
- Power distribution transformers
- Bus Ducts and Bus Junctions
- Cables and Terminations
- Low Voltage Distribution Panels
The corrective service includes the following activities: –
- Identification of the faulty/damaged parts
- Preparing the spares, from our side or Customer stock
- Prepare the required tools and personnel
- Mobilize the staff to the site
- Repair the faulty parts and equipment
- Testing the system after repair
- Put the system into operation
